That’s why the THR650 range features modern and soundproof cabs, thanks to the shock absorbers and suspension system that isolate the driver from vibrations.
The new driver’s seat can be adjusted using pneumatic suspensions.
THR650 is also fitted with an innovative air conditioning system, which protects you from dust, pollen, and chemicals thanks to the new air filtering system.

The new motorised helicoidal shaker has a larger diameter. It gently shakes tomatoes without damaging them.

The operator can adjust the vibration and shaking from the cab. These characteristics, besides the shaker’s position, ensure lower fuel consumption and higher harvesting quality.

THR650 is fitted with a 1200 mm head.  
With its 120 cm width, you can harvest tomatoes planted in double rows. Our harvest heads are fitted with large augers, extended fingers, and short mouldboards to operate even under the harshest conditions.

The S400 optical selector is innovative, unique and reliable.

They are extremely performing and polyvalent, ideal both for industry and for harvesting in the field, able to select red tomatoes even in difficult conditions: extremely hot or cold climate, or in the presence of rain, humidity, stones, earth, tomatoes not green ...

Mounted on a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame, the selectors are characterized by an optical system that guarantees particular precision.
Being particularly intuitive, the user can change the tolerance level of the passage fruits easily and quickly.
They can be monitored remotely, which allows you to resolve any anomalies and check the working parameters and update the software remotely.

The hydraulic system that handles the belts is divided into two variable displacement pumps to improve belt-handling efficiency.

Oil is managed independently.

The larger hydrostatic traction, the 100 cc pump, and the 110 cc engine increase productivity per hectare.
Moreover, the larger hydrostatic traction allows you to work even under the harshest conditions (rain/wet soils, etc.).

This engine complies with the regulations in force, reducing emissions significantly.
Moreover, it provides high torque values with a low number of revs. Besides reducing environmental impact, this Tier 5 engine reduces noise significantly, increasing the operator’s comfort.

The tyres fitted on THR650 feature low pressure to reduce treading and help respect the product even more.

Oil pipes are no longer made of rubber but of special steel treated with an anti-corrosive agent.

This solution has significantly reduced machine downtime. Moreover, it allows you to work at lower temperatures and pressures and optimise consumptions. This way, the machine is also environmentally friendly because plastic and rubber are no longer used.

The sorting area is designed to ensure maximum comfort and maximum safety for the operators on board.
